Interior Church Painting and Repairs
The church council has discussed painting and minor repairs to the church interior and dome. Western Edge Painting of Belfield provided quotes, and an agreement was reached to paint the two side walls and the front wall with the iconostasis for $6,400. The estimated cost for the dome is $12,500.
Funding will come from the $3,000 Dickinson Sales Tax Grant, Fall Supper proceeds, possibly the Cookie Walk, the Building Fund, and a CD maturing in October. The final cost may change if additional repairs or unexpected expenses arise. Work is tentatively scheduled to begin in early November.
A sign-up sheet for the Catechist Luncheon is available on the table near the church entrance. If you plan to attend, please add your name to the list.

3rd Annual Fall Supper
Our 3rd Annual Fall Supper will be held on Sunday, September 27, at St. Bernard’s Parish Center.
Please mark your calendars for our pyrohy-making days:
Saturday, August 29, after the 8:00 a.m. Divine Liturgy — St. John’s
Saturday, September 12, at 9:00 a.m. — St. Demetrius
Please join us on either day—or both! Your time and help are greatly appreciated. A potluck lunch will be served!
Altar Vestment Donation
